Founded in 2021, INFINIT3 is a hub for both creators and consumers to participate in the next stage of technology (Web 3.0) in a tangible manner that feels native in this day and age. We work directly with artists and brands to pair their physical creations with a Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”).

Any item available on INFINIT3 is both physical and digital.

Do I need cryptocurrency before buying an NFT?

Accepted Answer

No you don’t. INFINIT3 accepts a wide array of payment methods, from cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Bitcoin to Visa and Master credit cards. Feel free to make a purchase in your most trusted payment method!

How can I view my NFTs?

Simply log into your account and they can be found under your profile.

Where is my physical asset stored? Can I come see it?

Accepted Answer

We work with leading logistics providers to ensure that your asset is kept in optimized condition in a secure storage facility. Unfortunately this means that you can’t come view your physical asset due to security reasons.

What happens if I want the real thing?

If you want your physical asset, simply hit the “redeem” button located on your profile page.

Please note that each unique item released may have a timeframe for which you elect to take the delivery of your physical item.

How much is shipping?

Question 9

What happens after I redeem my physical asset?

Accepted Answer

When you redeem your physical asset, your existing NFT is burned and you will receive another NFT that serves as a digital receipt and authenticity certificate. By owning the digital receipt, you will be able to use your digital asset in the future as we partner and develop applications in the metaverse.

Can I trade my NFT on other platforms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you want to trade your NFT on other platforms, simply hit the “withdraw” button located in your profile page.

If you want to trade your NFT on INFINIT3 marketplace, or redeem it for the physical asset, you will have to deposit the NFT back into INFINIT3. To deposit your NFT, please email us at hello@infinit3.io.

What is an NFT?

Short for Non-Fungible Token, an NFT is a digital certificate stored on a blockchain (we use Ethereum) that cannot be copied or replaced, and is used to certify ownership and authenticity.

How can I see when my NFT was created?

You can see when your NFT was created (minted) by visiting our Ethereum wallet address.

How come I don’t have to pay gas fees when transacting on INFINIT3?

INFINIT3 is built to be a custodial NFT platform. This means that you can mint and trade NFTs without incurring blockchain services, thus skipping the hefty gas fees. Less wastage, more power to the creators and collectors!
